Part of the ‘Super Series’. Originally released in 1960 as “The answer to every drummer’s dream”. Now, they are back and better than ever. The Super Ludwig series drums are reimagined in a brand-new light, for a new standard model! This Super model features a chrome-over-brass shell, trimmed with nickel hardware. The breathtaking chrome shine provides a mirror-like aesthetic, whilst the seamless brass shell produces a punchy, powerful, crisp attack with superior response. Enhanced lows and a complex tonality. It is, quite simply, a sound you could never replace. This Super Series model also wears a highly collectible transition badge, which was the predecessor to the original standard 1960 model.
